There is a place where I can go to escape the confines of the mind
Where everything simply settles in , dissolves, becomes warm
And I smile
It is restorative & magical all at the same time
It is unconditional & peaceful . It is rest from deep inside
Nothing matters here: everything has gone; to be still
It is only love which fills you up; the place you dissolve
This is the place I create
It is simple . It is space
We don’t talk really we just welcome our hearts
If words come then we let them just come
We snuggle up with candles & light…. I’d call it a type of healing ; in truth it is just kindness
I shall be holding these spaces throughout December, weekly at the healing shed, until Christmas & will see how it goes from here
