This container takes place over 4 days.
WE STOP WE REST WE LET GO WE RESTORE
At the time of the offering coming through I envisioned 4 separate days spread out over a time period to suit you but ideally within a 3-6 month space to allow places of settling and warmth in between. I am however open to offering this as a 4 day retreat
The 4 days are not full days (the timings of the days will be decided upon booking and are flexible to suit you) but they are packed full of REST: healing light warmth stillness and restoration. Amongst PLENTY OF NATURE & BEING IN STILLNESS
Where/what/how etc?
In each session we go to nature and will be guided to the most magical places where we see bluebells and deer and we breathe the cleanest freshest of air. Where time stands still for a few moments in life
We walk and simply be together:
In ceremony and ritual
Present with the earth and the seasons; wrapped up warm and cosy or open to the sunshine and her powerful rays
Sharing offerings; hot chocolate, cacao. teas, home made nourishing breakfasts, lunches and treats; incense, petals and lanterns; picnics in nature *
With gifts along the way for you to LOVE
Swimming in the river (if you enjoy this)
Being with the elements and bringing balance to our senses
We allow ourselves time space and energy to centre and restore harmony. To remember; THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE
