there is something deep within me that is thirsty
starving in fact
staring at the face of adversity for so long can leave us loving like that
needing something else
like water from the well
that you simply cannot satiate even if you had it all
for me this is Christ
it has always been Christ
I feel embarassed to say these things to you as if i may be judged but everything i do is for God
everything i commit to is for love
everything i want to be seen for and live up to is YOU
You is my God
what i mean by that is the all
the ever present
the one who will never leave you on this journey
the one who is as close to you as your jugular vein as they say-Rumi
the one who cannot walk away
i think abandon does that to you
it opens something from which you can never walk
away
it pulsates within your every being it ensures you live your life as rich and in rich i mean in presence
your wealth becomes another way
your space and time more important than anything else
the way you commit to another
the way you hold their hand
the way the door is always open
you can have it no other way
God set it ajar for you when you burned too close to the sun and now all you can do is pray
to never be taken away but to do what must be done
you become a servant
it isn’t about you any more
you change between ways you never thought possible
you replenish every one
and you wait
in circle
for completion
for life to remind you of your reason
the realest one
so it is always fresh and always fragile and always so deeply real so that all veils are removed and you are able to burn right down to the last cinder he gifted and live from that real glow xxxxx
