To rest; healing the root.

A life of presence and safe

Dear Heart

I think if there was one gift I could bestow before my death bed it is this:

to rest

To allow your life in slow motion to catch up on all parts that you missed

& to stay there in presence

I think this the most beautiful gift.  That of presence

Here now

No longer looking forward or back but here as “I am”

I would wish for that

& the slow aids to that, it helps

I’m done with rushing around

Maybe it’s the time of year as well but I feel devotion calls us back

It puts reigns upon us to stop; almost like babies, a child

Before we miss out

Thank you God x x x x

Today I noticed the bluest sky laced with apple blossom

& just felt “wow”

How beautiful this earth is

& I am full

Of tea & cake & sunshine & frosty mornings spent by a fire side but I am full of something else too

Something feels like safe

I love you x x

Healing the root takes you through the ages of truth; you’ll always come to You

I love you beautiful beautiful You

There can be no other

Love Kate ❤️
