The inner pendulum

For peace and love & Unity.

Inspired by Katy Lacey (pictured as above) x

When I’m in love with my natural rythymn I am well.

+

I have to remember that I am a cyclical being.

Most natural self
x
I have seasons “of the heart”

and when I forget I turn away from myself and am reminded to come inside.

Life is a journey; love is Divine
We must be our most natural self

When i look back on my life i realise how far my pendulum had swung in the opposite direction.  Away from the desires and hopes of my heart; what i like, love, who I am.

I realised i was keeping up with a natural rythym of another human being

Another body

People pleasing

Trying harder.  Perplexed, trying to “keep up”

and fundamentally taking on responsibility that was not my own.

Today, now, here i reflect often with silent meditation.  It is the grace of my being, that call to morning prayer and ritual

that uplifts every bone of my anatomy to freedom of something deep within

The pendulum feels more balanced, in centre, wholesome

This is a life that i love

and sharing with you supports harmony of my well being and brings purpose to my blood, my cells, my uniform… but to listen takes time and space and this is what i love

Can you hear it?

bare with me whilst i transition x
