This is a new wealth informed workshop and brings you out of a life centre orientated around trauma and home to the peace & stillness that is the essence of the heart

Through stillness worship softness & the deepest level of care and commitment we create a shrine which is the heart and our sessions worship this ‘way of being’ together which is completely unique to you
We walk towards the shadow-embrace it for all it is-and let it unravel
This ‘work’ is delicate. considered and cherished. You are held with the utmost of care
We are shown the way. Together. One step after the other with pauses and space for gentle contemplation, relaxation and graceful home practice.
Through love. A dedication to love and honour and spirit; we respect your total being and acknowledge all that is in each moment
This is deep and structured work but in truth it has no limit nor really any real definition. We go beyond the limitations imposed upon us and follow the rhythm of our own distinct and intuitive heart beat, through sacred practices, kindness and compassion; letting love lead and guide the way and surrendering to the process together
You will be held, witnessed and welcomed; seen and heard
embalmed with incense and oils. Covered with blankets and linens; surrounded by flowers and the gentle rhythm of a life in your flow…candle lit…bird song, lullaby
