Remaining centred: holding truth with you

I want to talk to you about remaining centred & how experiencing grief illness & trauma can cause us to feel scattered

A really beautiful exercise is to sit with your hand on your heart each morning, maybe light a candle & give thanks for the entirety of who you are & for all you have come to be here on this earth

(If you are anything like me there will be tears)

Call all parts of you back to centre.  Any parts fragmented feeling lost or broken

Call in the essence of the great central sun to illuminate the darkness & call all parts to the light now centred in your solar plexus

This is a beautiful practice to do every morning or evening or both.  Create a ritual around it that feels joyful playful & magic for you in your stillness

You may enjoy calling in the moon at night to light your path, your way or something else.

Trust your path

When we become poorly, in suffering, ill health; “separated from the truth of our self” it is very easy to give our power away.  I see it as a looking outside of ourselves for help, reliant on another’s ability & availability & “qualifications of authority & power” instead of coming to centre

Knowing we are it all already

& asking “what is it I need for myself?

…How can I help myself now? ”

You might like to say the words:

Today I choose love & only this

When we listen in we can truly always gift this to ourselves

And of course all offers of help & support, holding & love are welcome to enrich the tapestry of our life here on this planet.  We are human beings born to share & enjoy with each other for sure

But it is you at your centre.

You at the driving wheel

It is you that serves you.

I am holding truth with you

Love Katie
