Dear heart
I think the only way to know yourself, truly know yourself, is to be with yourself in the silence
Only then can you answer all of the are you okay’s of the soul… but not for them for yourself
It is only ever for yourself
You are the one you go to bed with
The one you wake up with
The one you make promises to in the dark with no one to hear navigating new land
The one whose heart beats to soul
under stand
It is You who understands
It is only You that can promise you all of this life and sometimes this can be difficult to hear
Go within
Go deeply to hear
And then speak your turn if you are ready to listen
