The hyervigilant child
She has Time
Please know she has time xxxx
She has one space of awareness; be safe
So it is
The hypervigilant child looks left and right all the time for it isnt safe to look straight nor is it safe to be behind; present in this moment of not safe not allowed
It isn’t safe to presume there will not be an incoming threat to navigate so the world becomes external for as long as she needs it and she will be hypervigilant in her state hyper aware and incredibly astute to the needs of other people
A sense of once everyone has what they need I can relax can permeate and this can become the state of be which of course fulfils all of me and none of the other
The world becomes safe only when the outside world does not exist
Only then is She safe to be
