This is what it means to be a woman
in all her ways of Being.
I want us to nourish each other by being in harmony together.
When I think of harmony I feel peaceful, there is a smile on my face & my body relaxes. It is like honey … so we start there…we each take a spoon full of honey. When I think about nourish, nourishment, I feel the hearts content. So we start there with nourishment. We speak about what it is for each of us. How it feels in our bodies to be nourished. How the face feels when it is soft and safe. the palms, the hands, the feet.
I can tell you now ‘my nourishment’ feeds. it opens lips to words we perhaps haven’t said. it stays safe and then it leaps out. it always laughs. it is a cosy warm blanket. It is skin that it is soft. it is milk baths and Roses

This is a group of silence and stillness, silliness and womanness. A place of being together
It will change with the seasons as we do. There is no script. We will be called and all we have to do is Listen, be here
